Do you require access to water and electricity at the location?

Yes. We require access to both a working water spigot and an exterior electrical outlet at the service location. Please ensure these are available before your appointment. If you are unsure whether your property has the necessary access, reach out before booking and we will confirm with you.

Question 2

Where do you provide service?

We serve Amherst, Clarence, Williamsville, East Amherst, Orchard Park and surrounding areas in Western New York. If you are outside these areas contact us before booking and we will let you know whether we can accommodate you.

Question 3

How long does an appointment take?

Accepted Answer

Every vehicle is different. A full DS Platinum Detail typically takes between four and eight hours depending on the vehicle size and condition. We do not rush appointments — the time it takes is the time it takes.

What vehicles do you service?

We specialize in luxury, performance and premium vehicles. We work on all makes and models but our services are designed around owners who take their vehicle's care seriously.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance. Our daily schedule is limited by design so availability fills quickly, particularly on weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations after arrival are subject to a 100% fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital payments including Venmo and Zelle. A card on file is required to secure your appointment.

Do you work year round?

Yes. We operate Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm year round. Weather conditions may occasionally affect scheduling — if your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather we will contact you directly to find an alternative time.

What is the DS Loyalty Standard?

Accepted Answer

Clients who book within 30 days of their previous appointment receive a loyalty rate on their next service automatically — no codes, no forms, no questions asked. After five appointments your sixth interior detail is on us.

Question 10

How do I know which service is right for my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

If you are unsure, book a DS Platinum Detail. It covers everything — a complete interior deep clean and a full exterior treatment in one appointment. If you only need one or the other, our Flawless Interior Deep Clean and Signature Exterior Detail are available individually.
